Warranties & Guarantees
Prior to closing, Buyer's are invited to a "PRE-CLOSING INSPECTION" at which time Acadia Point's on-site Construction Manager tours the new home to explain the operations of all the systems and inspect every aspect of the residence to answer questions and identify any remaining work to complete.
Acadia Point's customer service team will visit approximately 45 days following closing to complete adjustments and reapirs discovered during the first few weeks of residency.
Acadia Point's experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service team addresses other items, except normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
