Epcon Communities is excited to announce our Hometown Heroes Month celebration, where we honor the selfless individuals who dedicate their lives to serving our country and local communities. We celebrate current and retired educators, law enforcement, firefighters and other first responders, military personnel and medical professionals throughout the month of May by offering you $3,000 toward the HOA dues on the purchase of your new Epcon home.

Epcon’s Hometown Heroes Month

Our Hometown Heroes Month event in May coincides with National Teacher Appreciation Week, International Firefighters Day, National Nurses Week, and National Police Week. These special days give us an opportunity to reflect on the valuable contributions of these hardworking and brave individuals who dedicate their lives to educating our children and keeping our communities safe and healthy.

National Teacher Appreciation Week (May 1-5) Epcon Communities is proud to recognize the hard work of teachers across the country during this special week.
International Firefighters Day (May 4) We recognize and thank all firefighters for their selflessness and commitment to keeping us safe.
National Nurses Week (May 6-12) During National Nurses Week, Epcon Communities celebrates the dedication of nurses and other healthcare professionals who provide critical care to patients every day.
National Police Week (May 15-21) Epcon Communities recognizes and thanks all police officers for their selflessness and commitment to public service.
