Epcon Communities has announced The Courtyards at Bailey Farm, its first community in the Atlanta Market

The Courtyards at Bailey Farm will feature 126 single-story homes from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet. Located in Gwinnett County at the corner of Fence Road and Bailey Road, this boutique community is expected to begin reservations in summer 2023 with construction beginning this fall.
