Epcon Communities Announces New Community in Atlanta, Georgia

Epcon Communities has announced The Courtyards of Franklin Goldmine, our newest community in the Atlanta Market.

The Courtyards of Franklin Goldmine will feature 27 single-story homes from 2,500 to over 3,000 square feet. Located in Forsyth County, GA in Cummings at the corner of Franklin Goldmine Road and Heardsville Road, this boutique community is expected to begin reservations in summer 2023 with construction beginning this fall.
