Epcon Communities Continues Atlanta Expansion
Lora Gonzales and Steve Karp Join the Atlanta Epcon Team
ATLANTA, Georgia (March 1, 2023) – Epcon Communities has announced Lora Gonzales and Steve Karp have joined the Atlanta Region as the new Regional Sales Manager and Regional Purchasing Manager, respectively.
Gonzales has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, property management, multifamily and single-family new construction, renovations, and interior design. She is also a licensed Realtor in Georgia and has worked for some of the nation’s top builders and developers, mostly in management roles.
Karp most recently worked at Pulte Homes, where he was assigned to the Del Webb and Sun City projects, guiding clients from contract through closing and first year of ownership. He was also previously a licensed contractor.
